Techworks wins contract to manage Malaysian News Site Infrastructure

Leading Malaysian IT and Engineering service firm won the contract to manage Free Malaysian Today (FMT) infrastructure and web application for one year.

Techworks Solutions Sdn Bhd has been recently awarded a contract from FMT to manage their IT infrastructure. Per the term’s agreement, FMT’s existing IT infrastructure will be replaced by Techwork’s system.

The contract will cover Cloud Management, Digital Asset Management, Overall Infrastructure Management and Network Operating Centre Services (NOCS). This deal will be officially executed to live starting on January 2017.

FMT is an independent, bi-lingual news portal with a focus of Malaysian current affairs. On a monthly basis, they receive approximately 10 million visitors a month, making them the most accessed news site in Malaysia.

The CEO of Techworks Solutions, Kuhan Kumar mentioned, “ We are extremely proud that Techworks Solutions have been selected for this major project.”
